Great service from the nice, exceptional staff members. Marvellous and incredible location - right by the malls and good restaurants nearby, Bangalore, and a USB port. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a five-decade-old stadium.

The room had a beautiful design with a city view. 🌆 the hotel's location was fantastic as it was close to a great mall. It was convenient to have malls, good restaurants, and the hotel's restaurant nearby.

Very good gym and pool although a bit cool in. Meals very good in breakfast area and poolside. Good size room and excellent service from all the staff. We had the hotel car take us to an emporium and the driver took us past the main shop in MG Road which was closed but he knew of another sister shop in the area which he took us to. The driver who took us to the train station was also very good. I made use of the hairdresser also very good, unfortunanely couldn't fit in a massage at a convenient time.

The only complaint I have is the cost of a bag of laundry which was supposed to cost 700 rupee + but was charged 3590 rupee for washing only I noticed after we had left

Actually everything was nice, specially the food was delicious.

The only problem was that all the toilets are in western style

Was good but we had a small problem That the wifi was too expencive

Taj Vivanta is great I have stayed at the Taj Goa which was equally good. Great service and fantastic staff. They have had good training and know how to look after their guest.
